Currently take care to maintain the Operation & Maintenance of 60 MW thermal power plant at Kutch chemical industries limited, Gandhidham, Gujarat, as Shift In-Charge . My work scope is limited to Complete Operation and Maintenance of Boiler Turbine and Its auxiliaries, Maintenance of DM Plant and Its Auxiliaries and Complete Maintenance Coal Handling Plant. Maintaining all the SOP of Boiler & Turbine, DM Plant Coal handling Plant Day to Day Maintenance job planning and its implementation also responsible for major/minor shutdown work scheduling. Maintaining all the SOP&SMP, Monthly spare consumption.  Preparation of Yearly PM Schedule and Lubrication schedule and monitoring the same as per schedule. Implement and maintain proper housekeeping in Boiler & Turbine & belt conveyor area. To Ensure proper maintain of log sheet at site also maintain history of the equipment.  To Maintain and update all the operation parameters like Coal Stock, rake unloading details etc. Inspection of work progress/completed work through site visits and/review of work records to ensure proper and Timely execution.  Identifying tool and equipment requirements and maintain required spare at site as well as rise purchase requisition.
