JOB PROFILE -Having 13Years of experience in Automobile Industries managing Quality Assurance.RESPONSIBILITIES:-To liaison with service team for getting any early alarms.Responsible for resolving Customer issues through hands on process investigation and analysis.Resolve customer issues with a high sense of urgency through customer interaction, facilitating team participation & effective root cause analysis.Coordinate production related corrective actions for root cause and corrective action completion.Develop new approaches to solve the problems identified during quality activities.Troubleshoot defective components & worked with suppliers on corrective action measure.To lead and drive their effective & timely closure of the raised concerns.To drive, sustain and raised the bar for Quality improvements through structured problem solving utilizing his technical expertise and analytical skills using Quality tools and techniques.Support implementation of best practices and new lessons learned.Presently weekly reports upper level management on previous weeks quality status. Addresses internal line concerns by reviewing line rejects and working with core team to resolve the issues promptly.Attends monthly warranty parts reviews with the customer.Analyzes warranty returned parts, provides feedback to the warranty group through the warranty report, write corrective actions for nonconforming parts.Investigate history of each warranty claim.Manage warranty part analysis with internal and external suppliers.Interface with plants to discuss warranty returned and improve overall quality. Expediently tracked, complied, investigated and reported on warranty claims.Responsible for warranty analysis to prevent/eliminate field failures of the product and improve overall performance of the productActive involvement in customer complaint resolution within stipulated time frame.Daily and monthly monitoring of all parts failure trends and alert the system to take timely action to prevent further failure.Responsible for all documentation work related to failure report preparation in QC Story format, IATF/ISO certification linked papers, Quality / Warranty alerts, etc. periodically.Regular Interaction with service dept. Representative service related issues Audit on regular basis and monitor the corrective actions taken.To ensure compliance to applicable SOP, WI, Process Maps, Customer Requriements etc.To maintain the all relevant records/documented information and only updated version of documents are in use.
