Dharni Sampada, a subsidiary of a holding company with a valuation exceeding 100 million USD, is engaged in mining and forestry projects across various countries in Africa. I spearheaded the strategy and execution of forestry projects (USD 4 million initial investment), acquisition of mining permits, log trading business from DR Congo. Additionally, I led the acquisition, dismantling, and export of a plywood plant from Nicaragua. Played a pivotal role in the recruitment and management of diverse project teams.

Led all initiatives around new business verticals.Researched and secured the lease of a 1,405 square kms forest area in Gabon in two phases. Successfully completed inventory management for 56.5 square kms.
