Pankaj joined Gensler London-UK at their Lifestyle studio. As a Project Architect and later an Associate, he led project teams in design and delivery of Mixed-use, Hospitality, Workplace, Residential and Commercial projects, mainly in Europe and Middle East. At Gensler Bangalore he led collaborative projects with Asia, SE Asia and USA Gensler offices. Pankaj actively engaged in studio management, supporting the Director for resource management, talent development, RFP responses and fee proposals.- As a Project Architect, led a team of 5 and delivered a complex 225 keys hospitality project right from scheme design through to construction administration.
