Analyse and control filler operation on CIP frequency, hot water jetter, crimping and vacuum pump pressure,Also Unitank,fermenter,yeast vessel,BBT CIP sample micro analysis13. Analyse and control the operations of Labelling machine on proper label alignment, proper usage of label guage by operator.14.Bottle washer caustic analysis.15 Reduce break down of lab equipment’s through proper handling16.Monitoring the AMC of critical instrument.17. Weekly sighter training for sighters in bottling18. Co-ordinate and conduct sensory analysis .Ensure daily sensory analysis of all Batches including WIP as per frequency 19. Monthly yeast propagation & handling, co-ordinated with brewers on proper yeast management20. Monitoring of the plant hygiene in specified areas (Brew house, Fermentation, YST area & Filtration area)21. Trial analysis ,special track on Trials, for successful completion as per job allotted by QAM22. Control lab chemical budget to maintain the COP23. Conducting external supplier evaluation audit.
