I believe that I have the skill set, global sourcing experience, and the mindset of sustainability to make a valuable contribution. The most satisfying part of the job is to lead global teams, work with geopolitical and economic risks & opportunities of the supply chain. After COVID-19, the supply chain is quite an interesting part of the business, with unseen and frequent changes in policy, politics, energy, inflation, currency, freight scenarios, old solutions are not effective anymore. Supplier relationship is the key pillar to finding new solutions for never-before-seen challenges and it is stressful but exciting at the same time. Agility with a strategic mindset is essential for today's leaders in the supply chain. My strategic and analytical abilities, together with my values and experiences in global manufacturing in terms of total cost of ownership is a sweet spot where I see a gap today to add value. As a leader, I'm described to be a true team player, coach, empathic, good listener and fair, but also inspiring with the ability to challenge my colleagues. I think big and makes sure that I get everybody onboard, yet very focused on achieving results. I am a social butterfly who is equally comfortable with a white shirt and a tie in the boardroom as well as wearing hard-hat and safety shoes in the production.
