• Develop the commercial agreements of existing contracted suppliers – re-negotiate the rate, inventory, offers, terms & conditions, release periods, marketing contributions, stop-sales etc. • Oversee the delivery & optimisation of sales campaigns to increase sales from promotional advertising initiatives. • Optimize room inventory sales through analysis of supply against consumer demand, bookings patterns, geographical markets, local & international competitors, destination events etc & applying pricing actions on the office, channel & yield margins. • Support implementation of the Companies contracting strategies. • Revision & maintenance of existing agreements. • Provide remote demonstrations with suppliers for extranet usage. • Maintain good relations with in-house departments (marketing, contents, sales, etc).

• Making connection with customers as well as facilitating them in order to accomplish customers’ satisfactions. • Representing as a tour leader in tour group to guide the tour group members during the trips
