Coordinated and co-executed innovation training programs in 4 companies from different industries: social security public service, legal aid corporation, Agrosuper, and Coopeuch.Key projects included: - CORFO Program: Developed and led over eight workshops to teach Design Thinking and Service Design tools to public sector employees.- Laboratorio de Gobierno: Provided innovation skills development for the public sector.- Santo Tomás University, Iquique, Chile: Delivered innovation training for entrepreneurs.Additionally, I was appointed as Lead Consultant for two private companies, where I was responsible for crafting their innovation strategy and guiding the development of their project portfolios:- Agrosuper: Managed the innovation portfolio for a leading company in the food industry.- Coopeuch: Directed the innovation portfolio for Chile's prominent credit and savings cooperative.
