Operating as a strategic consultant, my role involves enhancing company processes, evaluating and optimizing IT components, and managing various IT projects from analysis and planning to vendor management. Acting as the CTO, I am responsible for managing the systems currently utilized within the company, including Odoo, Shopify, and ARCA.My primary focus is to identify current company processes in order to expedite their evolution, through the adoption of appropriate technologies to support business requirements. This allows me to apply my extensive technical knowledge to process and analysis components and create the right environment for improving business performance

My role encompasses the design, analysis, implementation, and management of company IT projects, covering both software and system components. As a Solutions Architect, I have been involved in the execution of complex projects in enterprise and e-commerce domains, assisting clients in managing enhancements and leading the project team to ensure timely delivery. Simultaneously, I have worked as a System Administrator in networking and *nix-based operating systems, handling basic installations, specific software installations, configuration, and securing environments. Leveraging various technological stacks in both programming and systems domains, I have further developed expertise in virtualization and para-virtualization (docker/k8s/lxc), enabling me to provide clients with optimal solutions tailored to their specific needs, both on on-prem environments and major cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure).

After many years of experience gained as a Solution Architect and Senior Back-End Developer, I created Moose Software, a web development company, mainly focused on creating innovative products in order to achieve customer’s business goals. Moose Software joined Omnia Comunicazioni Group - a specialized IT companies network - to grow up more and export quality to offer its services inthe growing enterprise environment.Our company mission is to be technological partners serving the needs of our Clients, even by training highly specialized internal employees and creating new products and services to support company business.I currently run the company as CEO and CTO, also working directly with SysOpen s.r.l. and Codestorm as a Solution&System Architect.

I've followed many projects in this work experience, such as Geticket.it, QuasarMed, Tabacco jewels, Blumeden, Caffe` Incas and many others. My role consists of thinking e creating everything our clients want, reviewing gantt graphs and projecting software's architecture. I've become factory manager, to manage internal projects and organize my colleagues' job. From the beginning, i've played an important role in speaking with customers to reach targets. In order to get better doing my job, i often work as Consultant in different places. My role consists of improving work's performances, introducing agile methods such as scrum, sprints and using Atlassian's Jira software to keep everything under control

As a consultant, my role was to act as a Technical Project Manager within the project Vodafone Italy Online Shop. Given my large experience on Magento, the product which is based on the website, I researched effective architecture solutions to satisfy customer requirements. The main skills I used in this cooperation, which allowed me to achieve excellent results, were mainly large capacity of technical analysis and a great way of being with the client to manage the phases of project management.An important part of my job was to create and assign individual tasks of the Work Breakdown Structure to team members, in order to better manage development and deploys. In the meanwhile, I made some activities as system engineer too.My focus was on meeting deadlines, while offering an excellent result, administering AWS environments with automatic deployments.

I created a complete management software, based on Zend Framework, to organize billing and shipping of a whole factory. This web-application is still used and represents an important part of company's business.

I organized the documentation within the association, creating reports, scheduling meetings and managing the commercial aspects.
