In questo progetto ricopro il ruolo di Program Manager (PGM) nel Raggruppamento Temporaneo d'Imprese (RTI) nell’ambito del Piano Nazionale di Ripresa e Resilienza (PNRR).Il program, avente un corrispettivo complessivo di circa 20ML. , prevede, da parte del RTI composto da 5 aziende:- La Realizzazione del Sistema di conservazione di medio-lungo termine, tramite le attività di progettazione, prototipazione, sviluppo e collaudo del Sistema che sarà reso disponibile in riuso a tutte le Amministrazioni pubbliche.- La Realizzazione del Sistema di conservazione Permanente, tramite le attività di progettazione, prototipazione, sviluppo e collaudo di un Sistema conservativo permanente degli archivi digitali delle Amministrazioni pubbliche e degli altri soggetti statali e non statali così come disposto dalla normativa sui beni culturali.Rientra nel mio ruolo la relazione con il cliente e la gestione delle criticità rilevate, in particolare come coordinatore del Team Direzionale (costituito da specifici membri dell’RTI), verifico il corretto raccordo tra tutte le funzioni in organigramma ed ho la responsabilità di mantenere aggiornato il piano di programma complessivo, con il supporto del Quality Manager (QM), PMO ed i Technical Advisor Manager per le problematiche tecniche; Monitoro sia il rispetto di quanto previsto nelle procedure, sia infine le interdipendenze tra i vari sotto-progetti facenti parte del program complessivo.
