Business Process Specialist / Internal Service Coordinator
Current- Serve as a facilitator for multiple, concurrent, cross-departmental projects to support business practices geared toward the delivery of client service.
- Build and maintain productive relationships across the organization to gather business requirements and points of view through a variety of techniques such as work sessions and interviews for analysis and reporting to.
- Continual mapping and review of processes and related value streams to identify potential new efficiencies.
- Develop content, tools, and processes to support and assist teams with working more efficiently.
- Provide leadership and/or work guidance to less experienced personnel.
- Established procedures for a client-wide communication and notification system with a corresponding, client-accessible archive known as Client Relations Bulletins (CRB).
