Senior Process Manager
Current• Provide inputs for strategic process, method and delivery lifecycle planning, interact with business stakeholders – Unit Leadership, Delivery Excellence, Unit Marketing, TCS Product and other internal groups to plan and implement process-based service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction• Create/review/rewrite/facilitate delivery lifecycle and process content by handshaking with DEG, BU and Product leadership teams• Manage customer satisfaction levels in projects for documentation and process-based service delivery in the business units, including RCA of concerns, CAPA planning, execution of defect prevention, tracking of metrics, and defining doc delivery processes in line with the overall project delivery• Strategic Quality Planning, Process Management, Process Deployment, change management / Process transformation, Risk Management, Enhance client Experience, Metrics Analysis • Ensure adoption of and compliance to reporting and processes, metrics management, audit readiness• Handle performance management for team• Plan sharing within and across teams for competency development and reusable process assets creation• Conduct training for senior employees to help them create understand, build, customize and adopt processes, methods and standards in line with the business needs
