Lead Project Planner responsible for overseeing and managing the planning and scheduling activities for construction projects. Playing critical role in ensuring that project are completed on time and within budget. I have strong understanding of construction processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders. Project Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, including defining project scope, milestones, and deliverables. Resource Allocation: Allocate and optimize resources such as labor, materials, and equipment to meet project requirements. Scheduling: Create and maintain detailed construction schedules, update them regularly, and ensure that the project stays on track. Risk Assessment: Identify potential scheduling risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on schedule. Communication: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other team members to coordinate project schedules and communicate any scheduling changes. Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of all planning and scheduling activities. Progress Reporting: Generate regular progress reports to provide project stakeholders with an overview of the project status. Cost Control: Work closely with the project management team to monitor project costs and ensure adherence to the budget. Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and industry standards in planning and scheduling to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Prepare and obtain timely approval for schedules including master project schedules, detailed schedules, AOP from all concerned in line with business plans as per planning processes. Upload the same on a timely basis in ASTA as per protocol set by HO planning.• Updating schedules and monitoring projects on a timely basis. To suggest recovery plans to reach the planned targets like RR, COC spends, customer milestones & handing over and at the same time monitor the time-related costs. • Provide accurate inputs for arresting delay and delay analysis • Publishing progress reports at the regional level • Inputs to HO on weekly / monthly data for reports. • To create and maintain a database for slab cycles, productivity norms, major trends and share with HO planning • Finalizing schedules with the contractors• To ensure tracking of the contractor's schedule at a regular frequency. Track and analyze schedule, prepare to look ahead plan and share with project stack (GPL) holders along with recovery plan if necessary. • Ensure Implementation of a recovery plan on approval from the project manager. • To assist the project manager by anchoring progress reviews with contractors and tracking the action points finalized.
