Coaching & Mentoring, Training on Safety, Operation & Maintenance, Standard Operating Procedures and orientation of new manpower.Skilled in SAP. Knowledge of creating notifications, maintenance orders. Detailed knowledge of creating preventive maintenance orders in SAP. Knowledge of creating new checklist in SAP.Knowledge of preventive, condition based, breakdown and preventive maintenance practices.Able to maintain records of work performed, absenteeism, downtime, maintenance work requested, accidents, labour relations activities, and production inventories.Good knowledge in lead and lag safety KPI's as near-miss, first aid case, property damage, lost time injury, fatality. Skilled in incident investigation, why-why analysis, fair & just model etc. Knowledge of Management of Change, Contractor Safety Management, Safety Observations, Job Hazard Analysis, Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment.
