Working as an Enterprise Architect for a major Digital Transformation project for a Tier 1 Operator in Europe. Lead a Team of architects in designing a Telecom Solution which is future ready. Work closely with Business, Operator's Enterprise Architects, Developers to ensure a new Digital Stack using OOTB functionalities.

• Involved in creating Enterprise Mobility solutions for TechM to ensure The applications are being developed using Android Studio, Apache Tomcat server, mySql server, Google Notification server.• Actively involved in presales/solutioning for getting new business in the European region. Involved in proposals which have had a cumulative wins of over 200 million USD over the last 8 years. Involved in proposals in BT, Mobistar, KPN, Telefonica, Deutche Telecom, Ziggo, etc. Responsibility ranged from being the Proposal Manager, product selection/recommendation, technical solution writing/reviewing, creating a transformation roadmap, coming up with estimates, meetings with the customers/due diligence• Consulted a major mobile operator in Belgium (Mobistar) to rationalize and transform their IT stack. The company had 4 different stacks due to the mergers and acquisitions of various companies. Worked with Business/Architect team in coming up with Heat Map (where there is maximum cost burn, major issues), Pain-Gain Analysis (systems which could be closed/retained based on the benefits to be achieved), transformation roadmap.• Lead a team of senior designers to work with BT Digital applications on its key Service Execution Platform initiatives (creating API’s and resuable applications - SaaS – Software as a Service), creating resuable services like bandwidth on demand, conferencing application, directory).• For a major Business transformation initiative at BT, was involved in various Architecture related activities like existing stack/system/product/process analysis , identifying business pain points, creating the architecture roadmap/strategy, defining the target architecture, product evaluation, etc. • Managed the provisioning system of a large Cable operator in Europe. Involved in transformation of their provisioning platform by understanding the AS-IS process flows, coming up with new ideal process flows, creating the new functionality on the target system (Sigma)
