Operation Audit assignment for salt production group – Kareswar Salt Works. Group produces 15k MT of row salt having 2.5 Cr in term of value on 500 acres of lease hold land in Kutch district and surrounding of Gujarat state. Firm producing quality edible salt for home and industry use. Core task assigned is to document each operational activities starting from “Matti kam, harvesting of salt, local government body taxes (vigoti), payment schedules of works & transpiration to clients of the firm. Internal control designing for a transportation service provider - “Ajanta Transport Co. (Govt. transport contractor). With a large fleet of trucks, a wide network and trained human resources, the firm provide their services to leading fertilizer & chemical companies of India. Viz ; GNFC, KRIBHCO and RCF.Registration, VAT Returns, Statutory audit, Tax audit, filling of direct/Indirect tax returns and certification.

This role is at Paperless Lab Works Pvt Ltd ( iVention BV - India Entity ) It is to take care of Budget & forecast for Indian Operations, Tendering in various projects, Management Accounting with cost-benefit analysis, Payroll Management & on the legal front provide the support service for Audit, Direct & Indirect Tax compliance & drafting for the various policy document.
