• Started up and managed the day-to-day operations including marketing support and fulfillment, finance, manufacturing, distribution and systems, with a staff of over 300 in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Asia and Australia.
• The revenues of Warner Music Enterprises grew from zero in 1992 to $14.5 million in 1993 to over $100 million in 1995.

• Reporting to the President, created models and market analysis presented to the Board of Directors of Time Inc. for start-up approval.
• Directed the day-to-day operations, MIS and finance of the company and managed the service contract with the customer service center and a staff of 50 in all areas of fulfillment, distribution and inventory.
• Worked with the President in the sale of the company to Columbia House division of Sony.

Reporting jointly to the Director of Information Systems and the Chief Financial Officer of Time Inc. magazine group, directed a staff of 11 responsible for all the financial systems including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and personnel of the magazine group world-wide, with staff and operations in U.S.A, U.K, France.

Designed and implemented software systems for specific non-standard applications on mainframes and PC’s, including market research and analysis, inventory and forecasting, and financial models used in new start-ups and mergers and acquisitions (e.g. History Book Club and Scott Foresmann in the US and Asia Week in Hong Kong).
