My initiatives empowered global sales and customer success teams to integrate this offering within their client accounts, scaling the program to hundreds of clients, including many Fortune 500 companies. Starting as a single-member team, I managed customer expectations, addressed inquiries, developed FAQs, released program SKUs, and managed data in Salesforce. IBM CEBT (Career Education for Business Transformation) program was designed specifically for the Business Schools in India keeping the need of the students to learn Business Analytics. IBM started setting up Co-Branded Business Analytics Lab at the premier B Schools in the country under this program. On the technology front , the focus areas are - Descriptive Analytics , Predictive Analytics , Big Data Analytics , Social Media , Text & Sentiment Analytics.I was responsible since idealization stage till the closure of commercials as well as program delivery. Currently , in India there are more than 35 IBM Business Analytics Lab in association with various Business Schools and Universities and running various programs in the areas of Business Analytics & Data Science. IBM Rational SEED (Software Engineering in Education Development )program was one of the flagship higher education programs designed for the engineering faculty members in India in the fields of Software Engineering (OOAD & SDLC) & Software Quality Management. SEED Program is also one of largest & widest Channel Driven Academic Programs in India in the field of Computer Science. More than 1200 Engineering Colleges in India have enrolled themselves into the program. My responsibility was to manage the programs from business growth & Channel Driven Sales perspectives.

Driving IBM Academic Initiatives in Southern and Western part of India to evangelize newer technologies important for the learners in Higher Education segment and helping Academic Institutes to build Certified Resources on IBM Technologies. Nearly 75 IBM Software Centers of Excellence were established in South & West States in India , during my tenure. Initiated IBM Global Entrepreneurship Program in Academia to support the Start Up Community with the help of Academic Institutes by setting up Incubation Centers.I was responsible to drive ‘The Great Mind Challenge Contest’ across the country among the students & Faculty members. Great Mind Challenge Contest (TGMC) was the largest IBM platform in India to showcase technical skill set and ability by working on various projects. TGMC , as a program broke it's own record in Limca Book of Records 3 times since 2008 being India's largest software project development contest for the students.

My defined territory was East and North East and I used to work out of Kolkata and following were my key responsibilities -• Building Marketing & Sales initiatives for both Unix & Me-Inc Mobile Business.• Handling business in East & North East.• Handling Distributors / Channel Partners/ Re sellers. • Keeping regular contacts (both Telephonic and Face to Face) with the Clients.• Formulating Business Strategies for SCO Products & Solutions for East. • Working closely with all major ISVs, VSPs, IHVs, OEMs & SI s. During my tenure multiple large deals were initiated and closed , majorly in the BFSI & Govt segments. In Eastern part of India we had double digit YoY growth.

I was responsible for generating revenue from new and established accounts , from East . Main activities were with OEM , SI and ISV partners.

ABM TechnoCratz was a start up organization when I joined them. The business was very niche in the areas of Digital Imaging in Health Care. We at ABM developed our own Medical Imaging Solution , named IntellImage which became popular with the Doctors , specifically in the areas where the dependency of medical imagery was essential.We designed and developed Enterprise Image Storage , Retrieve & Viewing Solutions - W3 PACS (Picture Archival Communication System) which was installed in 3 large Hospitals in India and Bangladesh. The best selling solution was Digital DiCOM Converter , which helped to convert a non DiCOM Image into a DiCOM complaint image and could be clubbed with almost every imaging equipment . The solution helped the Hospitals & Diagnostic Centers to utilize most of their existing Non DiCOM modalities in those days. I was responsible for the developing the market as well as in Pre Sales , primarily in India and also over seas. Product Management was also part of my port folio.

My first job and I was responsible for generating new business in the Eastern Part of India. CCE was a distributor of SCO products and I was engaged in SCO related business only.
