Paramastri (Astri) Syafina is a young professional with a background in environmental engineering and management with a speciality in circular economy and renewable energy. During her undergraduate, she was awarded Dean's List several times and Best Graduate of the faculty, outweighing more than 200 other students in her batch. Her final project focused on microplastics in the atmosphere and has been published in an international journal.Having a keen interest in net-zero transition, she experienced working on ESIA and pre-feasibility study of renewable energy projects in Indonesia during her early career. Known as a passionate and persistent learner, she is competent to work well both individually and within an international team in a fast-paced environment. Currently, she is studying for her Master's with projects related to waste management, circular economy, and environmental assessment.As the need for energy and resources continues to grow rapidly all over the world, she ultimately believes there has never been a more critical time for us to move towards sustainability. With her knowledge, experience and moreover willingness to learn, she aspires to be the accelerator of climate transition in the long run.
