- Was responsible for answering community queries rising from our various channels (emails via Zendesk and messages via social platforms) and also for working closely with our 3PL partners in the USA and Canada to ensure cost-effective, efficient and correct printing, packing and shipping of samples and mailers to members that were part of various product testing campaigns (ranging from 20-60 campaigns at any given time). - Brought forward trends by analyzing the emails/tickets received from the community and ways of optimizing various processes to the CS/Community, Engineering and Product teams so that certain noteworthy and effective projects could be added to the roadmap.- Worked closely with the Engineering and Product teams to optimize Zendesk usage: Reduced tickets that needed to be manually answered by 80%.- Optimized shipping process and launched a shipping dashboard which was planned, created and tested closely with the Engineering and Product teams. This dashboard reduced the time needed to send out shipping lists to our 3PL partners by 70%. - Shipped out around 1,000,000 mailers in the year 2021 by optimizing shipping processes through constant communication and feedback sessions with the 3PL partners which was the highest annual number in the past 6.5 years shipped since the company started.- Calculated and offset carbon emissions created by the shipping operations throughout the year. This was done for the first time by having around 700 trees planted at the end of 2021.- Worked closely with the Community team to launch the Social Nature Ambassador Program to increase the organic reach of the Social Nature program on various Social Media channels.- Created Consumer Demand Reports for clients to share the pre-trial and consumer data received from the community members interested in trying their products. - Helped the team in various other tasks as and when required.

- Worked in the storefront and back. Responsible for assisting customers with their orders in person in-store or over the phone.- Responsible for closing the store, inspection of the kitchen and making periodic inventory and temperature status reports.- Trained new employees of the various tasks in the store.

- Ensured an efficient flow of goods within the store, helping in maintaining high sales and increasing customer loyalty. Picked and sorted articles ordered from throughout the store- Learnt various working methods and procedures including IT systems and logistics techniques.- Worked in the replenishment, receiving and Full Serve areas. I also worked overnight shifts to fulfill excessive orders.

Planned and organized events like Diwali and Holi, which had an attendance of around 600 and 3000 people respectively ensuring environmentally friendly practices like proper disposal of waste and the use of green resources.

- Worked with senior investment consultants, meeting clients including bankers and businessmen to present diverse investment portfolio opportunities and helping them realize their investment aspirations through various funds.- Achieved targets set. A total investment of INR 500,000 (almost per annum salary for a graduate working in an IT firm in India) and INR 20,000 (median monthly salary in India) in Systematic Investment Plans. Gained and shared knowledge suitable to different clients based on their risk appetite and time horizon for the investment.
