I am an RF & Telecom professional with 10 years of technical services in Antennas for the satellite communications industry and 27 years of managerial experience in telecommunications. Starting my career in 1984, for 10 years I was working in the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) at SAC Ahmadabad working in R&D for Spacecraft Antenna including design & development, Testing & Measurement, Equipment procurement management for space qualification programs. Later worked 23 years with Nokia in India till Feb'21 for Networks Services Business, Post-merger business & IT Transformation, value capture, and synergy program. I was part of a cross-functional team for three major successful M&A programs undertaken by Nokia since 2006. I have been managing Transformation programs, Service Business Operations, telecom projects, M&A integration management, IT Supplier Relationship Management, NOC operations, and service process improvement & quality. Before joining Nokia in 1998, I was managing a start-up services subcontractor company for 4.5 years at Coimbatore.
