Paramita, completing her graduation of engineering (IT); 13 years back, commenced her professional journey as C# .NET application developer of a full cycle development Project using Waterfall Model. Thereafter, she got selected as one of the key resources when it shifted to AMS. She continued updating her skills and became MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist), soon after.She then joined a BAU project as an AMS Analyst where she was responsible to support 40 MS .NET applications under four (4) teams. There too, she was selected as one of the critical resources to join a Windows Migration project of the same Client. Earlier, she worked in a financial sector project, in a Client facing role, as team Lead and assisted the team to shift the project to ‘Managed Service’. She has also led implementation of Time Management Process which helps periodic report to higher management as well as Client. Currently, she is working as a Client facing role with an investment bank.Continuing with her academic aspiration besides her career progression, she has completed her MBA (PM); became ITIL Certified and CSM. She upgraded her skillset with updated technology to add more value to the assignments.
