As a Learning Consultant, I have more than 15 years of experience in creating and delivering impactful learning solutions that influence human behavior and improve workplace performance. I have a strong background in learning and development, learning strategy, design and consulting, development and delivery of online, classroom and blended learning materials, as well as expertise in learning management systems (LMS and LxP), and delivery of training.Currently, I am working with Cognizant as an Onsite Learning Consultant for a federal government entity in UAE (Dubai), where I provide learning consulting to my clients to enable digital upskilling and transformation for the local and federal government of UAE. In my current role, I have conducted robust Training Needs Analysis to understand gaps and pain points, recommended targeted learning solutions that address those, designed learning strategies and curated content for a learning platform (Learning Experience Platform) at the national level. I also have experience of measuring effectiveness of learning programs and providing solutions to address shortfalls.
