Vendor Selection and Evaluation: o Identify potential vendors and evaluate their capabilities, quality standards, and service offerings. o Review the contracts and identify agreed SLA, KPIs and other contractual obligations and accordingly develop vendor performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track vendor performance effectively.Vendor Performance Monitoring and Reporting: o Monitor vendor performance against established KPIs and targets, analysing data and identifying trends or areas for improvement. o Regularly review vendor performance reports and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders and management. o Conduct performance reviews and meetings with vendors to discuss performance results, address concerns, and develop action plans for improvement.Relationship Management: o Cultivate strong relationships with vendors and act as the primary point of contact for performance-related issues. o Collaborate with stakeholder to establish performance improvement plans along with the implementation of the same. o Conduct regular vendor meetings to review and track the improvement, communicate expectations and provide feedbackIssue Resolution and Escalation Management: o Proactively identify and address performance issues or concerns with vendors. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to develop action plans for issue resolution. o Maintain Raid Log to track the highlighted issues and their progress report.Contractual Obligations and Recommendations: o Review each contract with supplier and identify their obligations from VPM prospective. o Share the recommendation with sourcing and business unit and highlight the potential SLA, KPI and Service Credit that can be added in the contract. o Prepare contract summary for each in-scope vendor contract along with a consolidated tracker.

● Demonstrated experience in sourcing EUC Devices, LAN, WAN, Circuit and Software, and Applications as per the project essentials ● Adroit at managing the supplier escalations, dispute resolutions, and other supplier-related activities on time● Playing a pivotal role in analyzing and drafting frameworks/reports, building the collection, implementing innovative techniques, and maximizing the system’s usefulness.● Solid experience in procuring IT Hardware equipment.● Collaborating with the teams for designing & implementing new network solutions, organizing scheduled upgrades, validating the BOM, and enhancing the efficiency of the existing network ● Proven success in researching and identifying the changing metrics causes and forecasting the customer’s expectations, user interactions, and future trends● Skilfully managing the TPRM process by identifying vendor/business owner’s risk and maintaining a centralized vendor inventories & vendor relationships information (structured scorecards tracking & vendor onboarding)● Handling the day-to-day hardware procurement requests on Service Now tool, RFQ with supplier, and ensuring promptly executed deliveries.● Associating with the finance team to set up the legal entities for clients and suppliers● Profound experience in assessing the monthly incident report, collecting the supplier’s operational activities data (meeting adherence/escalations), generating scorecards, obtaining internal/external stakeholders approvals, and driving the supplier governance call with the client● Key contributions in validating the monthly supplier bills, supporting the closures, tracking the mini-projects, creating PR-PO, and managing the escalations, performances, governances, and the change notes● Managing Sub-contractors, evaluating monthly supplier performance, preparing scorecards, contract management, working on contract change managemnt, Ecalation Management.
