Claim against the all open calls. All calls fix and close after report attached in SAP.(JCB DBMS) Collect failed part of warranty from all zones and send to JCB by the help of dispatch staff. Claim challan and close. Create Warranty Invoice. Add Service Invoice in behalf of Patliputra Equipments and print warranty invoice receipt for Accounts Department. If Machine is in other Dealer territory then Transfer Machine in Sap by Help of Jcb Help Desk. And forward mail to concern Dealer Point. Show less
