 Functioning as an interface between the buyer and the production units. Following up on production status, quality control of finished products before dispatch to ensure minimum faults. Co-coordinating with the weaving unit, dyeing unit & stitching unit to ensure that production schedule is met & facilitate timely production with good quality and timely dispatch. Monitoring Identifying and if needed development of new sources for supplies, ensuring the right merchandise is sourced at target price and quality.  Development of new products as per customer’s requirement. Attending to correspondence with direct buyers and vendors.  Ensure dispatch of material is in conformity to the requirement of buyers, track voyage of goods and safe receipt at the destination. Making the production related Updates/charts for the Customer and management. Co-coordinating with the Customer’s merchandising Department getting the required approvals for Colors, Pre-Production Samples, TOP Samples and Packaging etc. Responsible for arranging packaging materials as per Buyer’s requirements. Coordinating activities for the inspection of Goods at factory. And Shipping department documentation and Shipping. Expertise to work on the TNA, follow up with labs for testing, making of PPT, follow up with buying house and buyers on daily basis, Plan Inspection Schedule. Responsible for providing DPR (Daily Production Report) to Customer.

 Ensuring Grey yarn, Grey Fabric, Dyed yarn and Dyed fabric critical parameters are meeting or exceeding with the customer standards by monitoring Lab testing at all stages whenever & wherever required. Implementation / follow up of Corrective & Preventive Actions, whenever there is any NC raised internally or by Customer /Third party inspections. Participate in cross functional team. Develop SOP in consultation with Quality HOD & Production HOD for all the stages of Processing for the implementation of Quality Action Plan. Imparting Awareness training to the employee whose job affects the product quality in regard to Everyday Product Quality (EPQ), Customer Experienced Product Quality(CEPQ), COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality), SQR (Store Quality Reports), Making displaying Defects Library for the most occurring defects in Grey Fabric, Processing, Cut to Pack etc. Ensuring quality verification of all incoming Fabrics & product accessories. Performing in process and final product inspection. Responsible for resolving customer complaints. Responsible for testing at external test laboratories and corrective action, if required. Responsible for uploading the test reports in Connect software. Ensuring the conformance to product parameters. Documents maintain like P-doc, General Specification etc.

 Maintaining records of backing cloths & yarn, generating report of materials according to ISO norms, planning of orders etc. Proper checking of dyeing of Cloth & Niwar. Maintaining stock planning & Purchasing (Cloth & Niwar). Responsible for checking of all records of stores at the time of ISO Audit. Storage and Preservation of materials as per fixed and flexible location and according to the layout of stores. To ensure issue on first in first out bases. Planning and arrange traces & dispatch to subunits according to job orders.
