Successfully managed the tendering process for the procurement of biomass pellets across 17 projects, amounting to a total value of USD 2 billion. Ensured adherence to industry standards, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.- Project and Contract Management: Served as the Project and Contract Manager for Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD) systems for multiple projects within NTPC valuing USD 4 Billion.
