• Preparing Material Control Sheet for Monitoring the Material Status at Site, and updating every month for keep the Material Records.
• Summarizing internal PMV monthly debits notes required for the cost reports.
• Updating and Analyzing the trial balance of all projects, for the preparation of cost sheets and cost reports as required from time to time.
• Assisting Head of Department as and when required.
• Preparing and Monitoring Commitment against actuals for Material and Labor

• To watch and inspect the construction work and assure that it is done in full accordance with the drawings, technical specifications and bills of quantities.
• Ensuring the correct implementation of the works according to technical specifications, to designs and quality of materials.
• Ensuring that health and safety measures are adopted and followed to the full extent and prepare weekly report and suggest and instruct additional safety measures if needed.
• Management of Man Power on the Site.
• Verify with Independent Testing Laboratory (ITL) that all relevant test results related to specific ITR meets the project requirements.
• Make sure that all materials used comply with the approved Material Approval Request.
