I am a highly motivated IT professional with experience in IT Helpdesk, user access management, and request management. In my previous roles, I have gained experience in handling end-user issues, coordinating with concerned departments, and bringing in time management & reduction of complaints & grievances to client level.I am a quick learner and a positive thinker, always ready to take responsibility and work as a team player. I have ITIL 4 certification and keep myself updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
