I am a Member of Technical Staff at Salesforce, a global leader in cloud computing and CRM solutions. I joined Salesforce in March 2024, after working as an SDET for 2.5+ years at Zeta, a leading fintech company with a unicorn status. I have a B Tech degree in Information Technology from Harcourt Butler Technical University, where I graduated in 2018.As an SDET, I was responsible for end-to-end testing of the product, both manual and automated. I have written automation frameworks for two micro-services from scratch, which reduced manual testing efforts drastically. I have also used tools such as JMeter and Gatling for performance and load testing, and JIRA for bug tracking and reporting. I have 5+ years of experience in payments and fintech, having worked on core products such as UPI, Wallet, IMPS, Digital-Gold, and Gift-Cards. I have contributed to the seamless functioning and revenue generation of these products, and received the ThankU award for making a critical project live within time constraints. I have a strong background in data structures, Java collections, coding, SQL, MongoDB, and Golang. I am proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies, and have used Docker, Kafka, Kubernetes, Git, Maven, and Jenkins for CI/CD. I am passionate about delivering high-quality software that meets customer needs and enhances user experience.
