During my 25+ years of IAF experience, major achievements / takeaways have been:❉ Program and Project management at IAF HQ with 7 years of experience in the planning and implementation of high-value capital procurement cases for NCW systems / subsystems and their integration with IAF NCW Command and Control systems. As Joint Director Airborne Systems at AIr HQ, for the purpose of integration of various systems , liaison and technical discussions were held with major stakeholders including DPSU M/s BEL, M/s ECIL, AAI(Airport Authority of India), and civil vendors including IBM , HP, CISCO etc. for providing technical solutions. Carried out integration of Airborne systems with Command and Control systems of IAF starting from requirement specification, technical design definitions,software/system integration and testing which were carried out successfully .❊ Three years of work experience at M/s ELTA Israel for the AF project gave great learning in terms of System Integration and testing in particular apart from the aspects of System Engineering, phases of major Software Project including system integration. 🎯✵
