Project Brief:- The Project consists of construction of Development of Multimodal Logistics Park at Jogighopa and External trunk connectivity Infrastructure to the Multimodal Logistics park, Construction of bilasipara to Guwahati road on NH-17, Hapachara to Tulungia road on NH-117, Srirampur to Dhubri road on Newly declared on NH-127B and Dhubri-Phulbari bridge on newly declared NH-127(B) in the State of Assam. Responsibilities: -.i. Carrying out Land Acquisition of all NHIDCL projects under the jurisdiction of PMU-Dhubri.ii. Liasioning with State Govt. Officials for getting all necessary clearances related to NHIDCL projects.iii. Checking of reports prepared by DPR consultants and verifying the same at site before recommending to RO-Guwahati.iv. Carrying out the work at site (EPC work and repair/ maintenance ) as per the provisions of the contract agreement.v. Handling of day to day correspondence related to projects.vi. operation of Bhoomirashi Portal, PMIS Portal, e-office, CPgrams.vii. Handling Parliamentary Question, RTI and various other status reports being sought by RO-Guwahati/NHIDCL Hq etc.

Checking Project Documents such as DPR, preparation of Bidding document of various highway projects, Tunnel projects and slope Protection projects in the State of Uttarakhand and Sikkim.ii. Handling of Day to day correspondence related to projects.iii. Evaluations of Bids of Authority’s Engineer and DPR consultant.iv. Operation of Infracon Portal, PMIS Portal, e-office, CP grams, Bhoomirashi Portal.v. Handling Parliamentary Question, RTI and various other status reports being sought by MoRTH etc.

Brief about the Project The Project consists of construction of residential building, road work, drainage work of Civil works.Responsibilities:-. Achieving construction activities like Excavation, foundation, pcc, water proofing, Rcc and shuttering, Steel fixing, casting concrete, masonry for brick works and plastering tile fixing etc up to completion. Site supervision/Execution, checking and assuring that the construction work is as per the project technical specification and drawings. Conversant with architect and structural drawings. Coordinate with subcontractors for smooth flow of work. Monitoring daily progress of site. Preparing weekly and monthly progress report to be submitted to the project manger and consultants. Ensuring that all work is done without wastage of material.

Brief about the Project The Project consists of construction of Residential complex, Internal road work & Commercial complex Civil works i.e. approximately 20000 cubic meters of concrete works, Project consists of 15 blocks ranging from 2B+G+20 to 2B+G+22 Floors. Responsibilities:-.1. Site Inspection for construction activities & attending to Inspection Requests by Contractor.2. Issuing Non-Conformance Reports to the contractors for sub-standard work & material. Follow up on the Corrective Action.3. Supervising Testing of incoming material at contractor lab as per Project inspection and Test Plan.4. Supervising Testing of Concrete at site.5. Coordinate with external agencies for third party testing.6. Establish mix design of various grades. Witness Trial mix of concrete mixes.7. Monitoring of Concrete Production at site Batching Plants & external supplier.8. Supervise calibration of Lab Equipment’s & Batching Plant.9. Preparation of Quality Reports.
