Data analysis - Product performance, Inspection plan & modeling data with the goal of discovering useful information & supported decision making.Project Handover to Production team with PPAP documents & supply chain establishment.Trained Team members (PPAP, MSA, Process capability & data analysis) & vendors for component quality enhancement & process robustness.Coordination with internal plant team (Product design, product assy, quality , production & production planning) for smooth project flow & handover.

Working as product development Executive,Job responsibilty:-Development of welding jig & fixture ,Handling of Robot Spot welding & SSW during development stage,prepare of family charts,GD&T data & design History change reports,Action Agaist PRR & DMR.

New Product design interface with customer in component design change for component manufacturing feasibility, preparing of tool design, drawing. Prototype building & approval from customer. Development of BOP parts at vendor end. Preparation of Engineering APQP documents BOM, PFMEA & control plan.
