Strong experience in Load Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, and Performance testing of Web based applications in Windows, UNIX & Linux environments.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems extensively and provide preventive as well as long term solutions to issues• Conduct regular network backups and audits of network to determine integrity and security of system• Keep and update inventory database for hardware and software on a regular basis• Identify and resolve issues involving desktop applications, local and remote storage space allocation, network performance and operation, and desktop configuration• Deliver extensive equipment support with all Microsoft operating systems as well as several versions of OS X

• Participate/Manage weekly Assessment Meetings with Business End Users, BAs, SMEs, and Developers and coordinate between Business Analysts, Development Teams, and Testing Teams• Work with project team throughout the Lifecycle to assist and support the analysis, design, development, and implementation of developed systems/applications.• Work with the project team to analyze code changes introduced and assess potential performance impact and level of performance testing needed

• Manage offshore performance team and coordinate, guide, trained team, requirement analysis and assigned work team on daily basis. • Continuously monitor prod environment using splunk and keynote to make sure provide 100 percent availability best performance to end customers.• Started DR Load Testing and High availability test to make application more robust and resilient. • Profile client and server calls triggered by the system and provide performance related feedback by tools like fiddler, chrome dev tool, firebug, charles proxy, httpwatch, Postman and RestClient; Investigate and resolve technical issues in perf; Run the performance tests in early software development cycle, and identify performance bottlenecks at early stage (dev env). • Mobile device performance analysis such as CPU, Memory, graphics and battery drain using tool JMeter, BlazeMeter and SeeTest.
