Job Profile:-MIS1. Maintaining the Stations & Teams DRR (Daily Revenue Report) nationally which send to MD,COO, National Sales Head and Regional Sales Head on daily basis.2. Maintaining the volume & value figures analysis every month for our existing 7 cities along with our competitors and provide the data to COO which needs to be used for monthly management presentation. 3. Provide the following figures on monthly basis to sales head• Total no. of Clients detail of each station along with competitor’s figures monthly basis.• List of new clients on board in each market monthly basis.• New Campaigns detail in each market on daily basis.• Station & Team volume and value analysis (retail/corp.) of radio one each market along with estimated figures of our competitor. • Brand category analysis for each market.4. Doing nationally RAM (Radio Audience Measurement) on weekly & IRS analysis on Quarterly basis and send it to COO, Sales Head, Programming Head & all Stations Directors. Coordination Duties1. Reporting to National Sales Head and COO providing data like Air check analysis (Market Share, New start campaigns & Missed Clients detail on daily basis and as well as monthly.2. Coordinate & execute on ground, outdoor and on-air clients deliverable commitments for all the national Radio One properties. 3. Interacting with National Production head & Marketing Head for the promos / creative’s for the national property and provides the data to VP marketing for company promotional mailers and B2B campaigns.4. Coordinate with all the Station Directors and Sales Head of each city for Business from one city to other.
