Design, implementation, and analysis of market research projects using a variety of tools including SPSS and Excel. Specific client engagements include:ADAMS CONSULTING: Analyzed results and prepared report for an online survey of physicians on the subject of telemedicine, electronic medical records (EMR), and practice management.VERVE MARKETING: Designed and implemented an online survey of hearing aid industry professionals on the subject of practice management. Results to be presented at the American Society on Aging national convention.OPTIMISCORP: Developed custom ratings system to select and schedule beta users for roll-out of new web-based software suite. Consolidated data sheets and set up rules for bringing various groups of beta subscribers into the implementation stage of development.

Used a wide array of research tools, both quantitative and qualitative. Worked with general consumers, various consumer segments, and employee groups including educators, healthcare workers, and government employees. In addition to design and implementation of market research projects, had increasingly been asked to assemble and deliver client presentations.

For Department of Energy funded project, assisted with design and construction of portable X-ray CT imaging. Devised experiments to fabricate methane hydrates in a porous medium.
