Relocated to the UK in late 2017 to lead international client development and complex assessment and development assignments. As Chief Commercial Officer, was a member of the Cubiks Executive Team and Board that managed the sale of Cubiks to PSI Services (since rebranded as Talogy) in October 2019. Particularly interested in assignments that involve: CEO and C-Suite succession planning; executive assessment for PE; pre- and post M&A leadership assessment; top team development; high potential talent identification; executive coaching; personality profiling; cognitive ability testing; 360 degree feedback; design of leadership and competency frameworks; and wider leadership advisory consulting.
