As a React Developer at Treeroot Informatics, I played a pivotal role in developing and maintaining client-facing web applications using React.js and Redux.js. During my time here, I collaborated closely with a Netherlands-based client and their backend development team, effectively bridging the gap between frontend and backend efforts.In addition to my primary development responsibilities, I took on leadership tasks such as managing the JIRA board, assigning tasks, and monitoring the progress of team members. Toward the end of my tenure, I was entrusted with overseeing a backend project, where I gathered requirements directly from the client, planned implementations, and coordinated with the team to ensure successful delivery.This role not only strengthened my technical skills in React, JavaScript, and MUI but also enhanced my ability to manage projects, communicate with international clients, and lead a team to achieve project goals.
