Utilized the Six Sigma philosophy to understand customer needs.- Provided project consulting for Kaiser Permanente’s National Labour/Management Partnership Bargaining Project’s PMO - CIB 2005. Also led a team of Administrative Fellows responsible for providing facilitation support services for eight bargaining task groups comprising over 300 labour and management team members. CIB 2005 resulted in a five year National Agreement between Kaiser Permanente and the Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions impacting 9 international and 29 local unions, 82,000 employees.- Managed several interrelated IT benchmarking projects for Kaiser Permanente’s IT department to assess performance and productivity of key systems. Gained involvement from IT staff initially reluctant to participate in the studies.

- Managed a variety of projects in the HR and IT arena for Kaiser Permanente. For example, managed multiple projects to convert regional HR and Benefit systems onto a national systems platform; managed and conducted organizational assessments to re-engineer two key departments within the HR organization and one within the IT organization. Became a trusted thought partner for the VP of the HR organization and was highly regarded by her management team and staff. My collaborative, facilitative Project Management style led to a future permanent position within KP.- Led a Payroll Task Force for Kaiser Permanente’s California Finance department to identify and implement changes, which resulted in the stabilization and streamlining of payroll operations. Subsequently designed and implemented a Payroll Service Centre servicing Northern and Southern California employees. The Service Centre improved customer satisfaction and decreased payroll error.- Managed the implementation of an HR Service Centre in the HR department of The Clorox Company. Developed the business processes for the service centre and the call centre manual used by customer service representatives. The Service Centre improved HR Customer Service and decreased transaction error.

- User acceptance testing and coordination for Bank of America's Human Resources, Payroll and Benefits system. Developed testing strategy and methodology which were highly commended by the business people. Acted as catalyst for more effective communication within the project team.- User acceptance testing and coordination for Bank of America's Bank Card System. Developed extensive documentation for the in-house test tool. Developed the scope of the user acceptance testing for a number of the functional areas. Developed test cases, tested and resolved problems with the vendor.- Quality improvement and business systems analysis for Pacific Bell. Documented existing Product Development Process as part of the Quality Improvement Team and developed revised process based on solutions to problems identified by the team. Lead spin off Quality Improvement Team to solve one of the major problems identified by the original team. Project Managed 4 analysts. Findings from their analysis enabled project sponsor to determine viable direction for the corporate product database. Conducted over 50 interviews, spanning all six portfolio areas within Pacific Bell in order to determine information requirements for the corporate product database.
