As the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Learning at UnitedHealth Group, I’m privileged to lead the charge in advancing our organizational DEI competencies and capabilities. In this role, I’m instrumental in strategizing and developing comprehensive DEI learning initiatives that foster inclusion awareness, knowledge, and skills across our leadership, management, employee, and team levels.My primary responsibilities include crafting and executing high-quality, needs-based learning solutions that align with our DEI enterprise strategy, goals, and business initiatives. I work closely with vendors and subject matter experts to design tailored curricula that cater to the diverse career journeys of our employees, promoting DEI awareness and effectiveness.I take pride in leading impactful learning experiences that enhance our DEI capabilities and competencies. My role involves continuous research and evaluation to ensure our trainings and workshops are accountable and up-to-date, advancing DEI content and strategies.I’m committed to making UnitedHealth Group a leader in DEI learning and stay current with emerging DEI learning trends, making recommendations for new initiatives and investments as needed.
