VMS - Volunteer management system - The 130,000 volunteers at the tournament have to be managed. The software supports recruitment and training, has a time sheet function, and matches skills with roles. Because 2010 FIFA World Cup™ volunteers are paid, there is also a payroll function. 3. GTS - Ground transport system - This system manages the transport of people involved in the tournament from the moment they enter South Africa.Responsibilities: • Involved in all the phases of the project; development, Event Support, User Story Discussions, Value Ad (Windows based Tool for World Cup Event Support).• I have built complex business web applications using C#/VB .Net and SQL Server with User Controls, database queries, presenter and code behind for complex business needs of EMS.• Created and debugged complex Stored Procedures using SQL Server 2008.• Created web applications to register the volunteers across South Africa for the World Cup event using ASP .NET, SQL Server.
