Brought product knowledge on apparel, footwear and equipment to the team, trained the entire female staff on how to properly bra fit consumers and drive the service, studied market trends of competitors and stores within the company to keep Nike Somerville relevant and premier, facilitated and ran morning huddles to deliver numbers (i.e, forecast for the day, budget, membership goals etc) as well as "teching" out Nike's latest products, partnered with our DTC EKIN to study market trends to bring the knowledge to our store and further educate the staff on consumer behavior and the Nike technologies of footwear and apparel alike, partnered with the Visual Team to work initiatives involving changing floor plan and directives for incoming merchandise, planned, mapped and stocked incoming footwear and apparel for the Women's Department and lastly partnered with the Team Captain to drive membership goals on the sales floor and support the athlete team throughout their shifts

Learned the basics of recruiting and training, recorded data and information yielded by medical studies performed by my team, reported results to the team leader as the project leader, followed up on results with the team leader, facilitated studies and discussions on the results of our experiments.
