Hello, I am currently a sophomore attending the University of Massachusetts Amherst, studying Biomedical Engineering. I am fascinated by many topics within the domain of Biomedical engineering, of which I am most passionate about Bio-mechanics, Bio-instrumentation, Bio-materials, and Tissues. I find that these topics correspond for my drive and passion to learn the most. I believe in a future where humans can use technology to sustain and advance the life of others. For me the idea of advancement means anything from invention of medical devices such as a pacemaker all the way to the prototype of a mechanical brace that will later be used help with movement and support of the human body. For me finding the solution to problem is what drives me to go even further. Every new idea and technique that I come across acts as a stepping stone for the next as I aim to go above the limits my past self. I believe that with every new discovery humans make only raises the opportunity for bigger and better discoveries to be made. I value my ability to learn, I view this as my best quality. The ability to listen, understand, and come to conclusions is what makes the human race such a powerful species. This is what I try to model myself after. Every idea is worth listening, and every thought is worth exploring, this is necessary to advancement of myself.I would love to hear from you if you have anything at all to say to me.
