In 2016, Parker and his wife, Michelle, moved back to The Woodlands from their home in Austin to join The Kink Team. With his background in sales and business management, he oversaw operations on The Kink Team while actively selling residential and commercial property. Having formerly analyzed, leased up, and managed warehouse and warehouse-distribution industrial properties for Gary Keller at Keller Capital, Parker's aim was always to transition back in to full time commercial RE, and did so in 2020. Having completed his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) training, his strength in representing both user and investor clients is in underwriting and negotiations to meet his clients' need.
