Managed content marketing efforts with social media marketing tools, Agorapulse and Hootsuite. Monitored social media and online sources for industry trends to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement. Engaged customers using Khoros and responded using client created social response protocol (SRP).

Coordinated weekly press coverage to encourage company and event coverage. Authored press materials and deliverables for clients. Produced one to two press conferences per month for organizations The NRP Group, LLC, SA Parks Foundation, and CafeCollege. Proactively developed and strengthened client relationships by forecasting future trends, identifying possible concerns, and presenting findings and suggestions to clients.

Oversaw media relations efforts for the program, leveraging earned media in local publications.
