This company specializes in computer and point of sale (POS) hardware and software services and support. They are a Reseller/Partner with PAR (ParTech, Inc.) and sell/support the PAR hardware and software. As a contractor with this company, my responsibilities are to act as a PAR Brink and PixelPoint POS Software Specialist and Project Manager serving as a customer liaison and providing the following services.-Build and program PAR Brink and PixelPoint POS menu database systems per customer menu and requirements.-Facilitate live remote webinar review/training sessions to increase knowledge of the Brink and Pixel POS software functionality and review database requirements. -Develop generic and customer branded PAR Brink and Pixel training documentation; Manager Training Guides, Quick Reference Guides, POS Training Practice Exercises, Training Checklists and Post GoLive Contact Guides.-Create Brink and Pixel POS generic online training modules to provide 24/7 customer online access to training content.-Act as liaison with software integration partners(API) and assist with integration setup within Brink software.-Prepare and present customer proposals/quotes for POS hardware, software and integrations.-Provide technical support for Brink customers when issues arise.-Manage customer interactions with API integration partners.-Develop and manage multiple online Project Status Tracking whiteboards in MS Teams to drive implementation tasks for meeting project milestones. -Create customer implementation plans including recommended solutions, operations flow, pricing, implementation plan and timeline.

-Created PAR software online training modules and documentation for National Accounts including Walmart, AMF-Bowlmor, Taco Del Mar, Five Guys, Arby’s and Dairy Queen. Estimated revenue generated, $350,000.-Facilitated 9 live webinars training PAR Food Safety software for 100+ Target Corporation Managers across multiple U.S. Regions. -Designed Instructor Lead Training (ILT) blended-training curriculum, practical lab simulations and assessments for 100+ PAR Technical Support Center employees.-Established PAR hardware installation certification program administered to 80 Jack in the Box hardware self-maintainers and 120 PAR external hardware installers.-Developed company-wide New Employee Orientation online content used by PAR HR department for on-boarding new employees.-Involved in design, development, initial implementation and maintenance of company Learning Management System (LMS) utilized to train internal and external customers. Team expanded LMS learning content from 15 to 350+ lessons in 4 years.-Directed team of Technical Writers through a project creating 50+ branded, customized hardware installation manuals for national account Brink customers to improve installer efficiency. -Created 20+ PAR Brink software generic quick reference guides for on-boarding new point of sale customers.-Developed 20+ customized step-by-step quick reference guides and 5 made-to-order user manuals by following branded marketing style guides for national account customers including Five Guys, Arby’s, Dairy Queen, Bowlmor, Target and Taco Del Mar.-Designed 8 written practice exercise workbooks to train end users at Taco Del Mar, Dairy Queen, Bowlmor and Arby’s.
