With 2000 revenue in excess of $190 million, InterAct was the world's largest manufacturer and distributor of PC and videogame accessories. My region generated 45% of the company's annual revenue* Increased sales at Blockbuster from $6M to $16M in 18 months* Maintained sales and gross profit at WalMart, Babbages, and CompUSA during one of the most difficult transition years in the videogame industry.* Successfully transitioned Radio Shack's branded business to private label utilizing overseas factories and production/testing facilities

GTE CC was the first telecommunications company to create fully integrated and value-added service offerings from multiple suppliers and offer them to communications-intensive customers. My objective was to generate 2,400 complex bundle sales ($6 M) utilizing telemarketing/field sales agencies.* Achieved 97% of group sales quota during start-up phase.* Managed two agencies and 30 sales reps.* Implemented incentive programs for order acquisition and processing.

Oversaw the operation of the GTE Authorized Representative Program from a tactical perspective.Solicited, trained, and certified 300+ VARs to sell as authorized agents of GTE.

GTE Airfone provided aircraft-based telecommunication services and telephone/cellular equipment sales and services. 1996 revenue exceeded $108 million and the parent company, GTE Corporation, exceeded $21 billion in 1997. My objective was to generate 4.5 million in revenue and add 50,000 new enrollees by pursuing and managing a select group of Fortune 500 corporate customers.* Signed three major accounts (Hughes Defense Communications, ABC, and ESPN) and 60K enrollees in less than a year.* Increased baseline revenue by 23%

GTE Entertainment was an interactive multi-platform software publisher that developed and distributed products for CD-ROM, Sega and Nintendo. My objective was to open up 10 new channels of distribution and increase direct/indirect sales by 20%. The group sales goal was to produce $20 million in revenue in 1996.* Responsibilities included product sales, business development, new product acquisition, inventory management, contract negotiations, development and implementation of the Employee Purchase Program, vendor product training seminars.

Assisted the VP of Sales and National Sales Manager in managing all internal and external sales activities during a two-year start-up period.Instrumental in launching GTE Entertainment into publishing ($0 - $20 million in 1996).
