I have a comprehensive background providing customer service, managing logistical and administrative functions, property, personnel, and projects, with experience working in three foreign countries. But here’s the thing…although I LOVE leading and mentoring…my true passion is assisting and supporting others in order to make their lives easier. It’s in my nature and in the core of who I am as an individual. I have a positive roll-up-my-sleeves mindset, which makes me willing to take on any level of work responsibility based on what tasks need to be accomplished. I take my responsibilities personally and I enjoy creating order out of chaos. I am meticulous and careful, taking a steady approach and bend with the needs of the situation in order to accomplish the end goals. I am observant and sensitive to others’ emotional states which enables me to anticipate needs. I have the ability to multi-task long and short-term priorities to generate desired results, working independently or collaboratively. I value diversity and inclusion, and I enjoy working with and through a wide range of different people and personalities, building relationships quickly.
