This involved inspecting the existing structure to determine what additional structural requirements were to make the tenant improvements feasible. Acted as Solar Project Coordinator which included managing all incoming solar projects and assigning them to other engineers to insure timely completion.

Prepared files for Subrogation, or reassignment when necessary. Also was in training with PIP to eventually adjust PIP files part time with Property Damage claims(Phoenix, AZ). Negotiated small bodily injury claims with quick settlements. Mentored numerous new associates in the office to ensure proper training and development. Also volunteered to coach for Claims Casualty New Hire School.
