CurrentUse knowledge of KFM operations to identify opportunities for change / improvement activities that benefit from a digital solution.Use data to monitor and review directorate activity and identify opportunities for change / improvement activities based on digital solutions.Build relationships, internally and externally, to gather feedback and suggestions which can be used to initiate changes and improvements, working collaboratively with the wider KFM team to identify operational shortfalls and initiate changeProcess AnalysisTo work with the Senior Management Team to map and analyse current processes, both in service delivery areas and to identify and deliver business process improvements that streamline activity are robust and compliant, increase quality and efficiency and represent best practice.To work closely with internal and external stakeholders and service providers to document functional requirements and align processes and system set-upDigital DevelopmentTo develop the digital solutions across Managed Services to improve and transform the service which provide tangible benefits to KFM in terms of customer service, operational efficiencies / cost savings and data quality.
